Consent
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our intake form, you expressly consent to receive texts from DO MOORE® Legal. The checkbox is separate and voluntary. Consent is not required for purchase.
Message types and frequency
Appointment confirmations, case updates, document delivery notifications, payment confirmations, and administrative communications. No promotional or marketing messages. Frequency varies by matter — typically 1–5 messages per active engagement.
Opt-out
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, OPT OUT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message, or use any other reasonable method to express your wish to stop receiving texts. Your opt-out is processed immediately. One confirmation message sent within 5 minutes containing no promotional content. No further texts unless you re-opt-in. Does not affect other communications or terminate active engagements.

Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier and plan.
Carriers
Major U.S. carriers supported. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Timing
Messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone. No messages will be sent outside this window except in response to your direct inquiry.
Privacy
Phone numbers not sold or shared for marketing. SMS consent records retained minimum 4 years (TCPA). Full details at brendenmoore.com/privacy.
