Drafted to protect.
Designed to last.

A contract you draft yourself protects what you remembered to include. A contract drafted by an attorney protects everything — including what you didn't think to ask.

What Is Contract Drafting

Contract drafting is the process of creating a new legal agreement from scratch — built around the specific terms, protections, and obligations that serve your interests. Unlike a contract review, which analyzes an existing document, drafting starts from a blank page and produces a complete, execution-ready agreement tailored to your situation.

A well-drafted contract does three things. It defines exactly what each party is responsible for. It anticipates what happens when something goes wrong. And it creates enforceable remedies for the party that holds up its end of the deal. Templates and online generators handle the first. An attorney handles all three.

Every agreement we draft is written for your jurisdiction, your industry, and your specific deal terms. If the agreement needs to survive regulatory scrutiny — such as a compliance audit or medical board review — that standard is built in from the first draft, not bolted on after the fact.

How It Works

01

Describe the deal

Tell us who the parties are, what the agreement needs to cover, any specific terms you want included, and what outcome you are trying to protect. Upload any templates, prior agreements, or deal memos you have.

02

We scope and quote

Within one business day, you receive a defined scope — what the agreement will cover, the deliverable format, the timeline, and the fee. No commitment until you approve and pay.

03

Attorney drafts

Your agreement is drafted by a licensed attorney using the terms, protections, and jurisdiction requirements specific to your deal. The first draft is delivered for your review.

04

Revise and deliver

You review the draft and provide feedback. We incorporate your changes and deliver the final, execution-ready agreement. A close-out letter confirms the engagement is complete.

Your terms. Your protections. Your agreement.

Experience

Brenden M. Moore began his legal career at K&L Gates LLP — a global law firm with over 40 offices — where he drafted and negotiated complex agreements across corporate, labor, and commercial matters.

His drafting practice today applies the same methodology regardless of agreement type: understand the deal, anticipate the disputes, and build an agreement that survives both. Every contract includes jurisdiction-specific enforceability language, clear termination and remedy provisions, and protective clauses that templates routinely omit.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Brenden ran an international ecommerce business for a decade — and learned firsthand what a poorly drafted agreement costs when the other side decides to exploit it.
