Every case deserves
the right lawyer.
Not every legal matter fits a transparent-pricing model. Some require trial counsel or specialized expertise. We screen your case and connect you with the right attorney.
Submit Your Case for ReviewHow Case Screening Works
Some legal matters — medical malpractice, complex commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury — require ongoing representation, trial experience, and resources that fall outside the scope of a transparent-pricing practice. That does not mean your case lacks merit. It means it needs a different kind of attorney. Matters that fit our direct practice — contract review, demand letters, compliance — are handled in-house.
Case screening is the process of evaluating your matter to determine its legal viability, identifying the right type of counsel, and packaging the case for referral. You receive a professional assessment — not a sales pitch — that tells you where you stand, what your options are, and who is best positioned to handle your matter.
The screening fee covers the attorney time required to review your facts, research the legal issues, and produce a written evaluation. If your case is placed with outside counsel, the screening fee is separate from whatever fee arrangement you negotiate with the referred attorney. We do not take a cut of your recovery.

What You Receive
Case Evaluation Memo + Attorney Referral
A written case evaluation memo that summarizes the facts, identifies the legal issues, assesses the strengths and weaknesses of your position, and recommends next steps. If your case has merit and requires outside counsel, we connect you directly with a vetted attorney matched to your matter.
Issue Spotting
We identify every legal theory that may apply to your facts — including claims you may not have considered — and assess the evidentiary support for each one.
Attorney Matching
We maintain relationships with trial attorneys, specialists, and litigation firms across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions. Referrals are based on fit, not volume.
How It Works
Submit your case
Describe everything that happened — the parties, the timeline, the harm, and what you have done so far. Upload every document you have. The more complete your submission, the stronger the evaluation.
Attorney screens
Your matter is reviewed by a licensed attorney who conducts issue spotting, researches applicable law, and evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of your position.
Written evaluation
You receive a case evaluation memo — a written document that tells you where you stand, what claims may be viable, and what type of attorney your case requires.
Referral placed
If your case has merit and requires outside counsel, we connect you directly with a vetted attorney matched to your matter. The introduction is made personally — not through a form or a directory.
Every case deserves the right lawyer.

Brenden M. Moore has screened and evaluated cases across personal injury, medical malpractice, complex commercial disputes, and class action matters — including cases that were ultimately placed with trial counsel handling seven- and eight-figure claims. His screening process is built on the intake and evaluation methodology he learned at K&L Gates LLP: identify every viable claim, assess the strength of the evidence, estimate the realistic damages range, and match with trial counsel whose jurisdiction, practice area, and case history fit the matter.
The screening fee pays for itself. A case placed with the wrong attorney wastes months. A case placed with the right one moves forward with momentum from day one.
The right attorney for the right case is the highest-leverage decision in any legal matter.
